2. Official MM2H rules prevail
MM2H eligibility requirements, fees, documents and procedures are set by the Government of Malaysia and may change at any time. If anything on this website differs from official announcements by MOTAC or other government agencies, the official announcements prevail.
3. No guarantee of approval
Whether an MM2H application is approved, how long it takes, and any conditions attached are decided solely by the relevant government agencies. We help prepare and submit applications, but we do not guarantee that any application will be approved, or approved within any particular time.
4. Services are governed by a separate written agreement
Browsing this website or sending an enquiry does not create a service relationship between you and us. The scope of services, fees and each party’s responsibilities are set out in a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
